1/4 pint (3 1/2 oz) fresh or frozen blackberries
1/4 cantaloupe, rind removed
2 kiwi

Not just a great color, this juice is loaded with vitamin C, calcium and magnesium, essential for energy production and body cell maintenance.

  1. Reserve a few blackberries for decoration, juice the remainder with the cantaloupe and kiwi, then put the juices in a blender and process with a couple of ice cubes. Pour into a glass and serve decorated with reserved blackberries.
