1 cup (5 oz) frozen mixed summer berries, plus extra to decorate
1 cup (8 fl oz) vanilla-flavored soy milk
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A lovely summer drink rich in zinc and vitamin C, both great for warding off infections. To make even more nutritious, use a soy milk enriched with calcium.
- Place berries, soy milk and honey, if using, in a blender and process until thick. Serve immediately, decorated with berries.
