Kids’ Healthy Wraps
Great kids’ wraps not only are they quick and easy but the kids will love this yummmy recipe.
Great for lunch boxes and a light lunch!
4 teaspoons Dijon honey mustard
2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
2 slices American chees (or cheese alternative substitute) , cut in half
4 ounces sliced oven-roasted turkey breast
1/2 cup shredded carrot (about 1 medium)
3 romaine lettuce leaves, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1. Spread 2 teaspoons mustard evenly over each tortilla
2. Top each tortilla with cheese halves, half turkey, half of carrot and half of lettuce.
3. Roll up tortillas; cut in half.
Any ingredient can be substituted for any ingredient that satisfies your special needs and diets.
Makes 2 servings
