1/2 medium (31/2 oz) red pepper
1/2 medium (3 1/2 oz) yellow pepper
1/2 medium (3 1/2 oz) orange
pepper
1 orange
1 tablespoon mint leaves

ice cubes

Another good choice if you're run down and fighting a cold or flu. Peppers ward off infection and are natural painkillers.

  1. Juice the peppers and orange and serve in a tumbler with ice cubes. Stir in the mint leaves.
