Ginger Zinger

2 small (4 oz) carrots
1/4 small (8oz) cantaloupe
1 lime, plus wedges to serve
1 inch cube of fresh ginger, roughly chopped
seeds from 1 cardamom pod

A juice in antioxidants. The lime encourages the elimination of toxins.

  1. Juice the carrots, cantaloupe, lime and ginger. Serve in a glass over ice. Decorate with lime wedges and seeds from the cardamom pod.
