Frisky Sour

1/2 small (5 oz) papaya
1/2 medium (5 oz) grapefruit
1/2 pint (5 oz) raspberries
1/2 lime, plus slices to decorate

A great tonic for colds and flu. If you're run down and haven't been eating a balanced diet, your immune system becomes more susceptible  – try this juice drink.

  1. Scoop out the papaya flesh and juice it with the grapefruit (with the pith left on) and the raspberries.
  2. Squeeze in the juice of the lime and mix. Serve with ice cubes and decorate with lime slices.

Makes 1 cup (8 fl oz)
