1/2 small (5 oz) papaya
1/2 medium (5 oz) grapefruit
1/2 pint (5 oz) raspberries
1/2 lime, plus slices to decorate
A great tonic for colds and flu. If you're run down and haven't been eating a balanced diet, your immune system becomes more susceptible – try this juice drink.
- Scoop out the papaya flesh and juice it with the grapefruit (with the pith left on) and the raspberries.
- Squeeze in the juice of the lime and mix. Serve with ice cubes and decorate with lime slices.
Makes 1 cup (8 fl oz)
