Natural Remedy for Allergies, Seasonal and Food Related

Try a rotation or elimination diet. Start by eliminating grains )or at the very least wheat) and dairy.

Natural Prescription for Seasonal Allergies

  • Quercetin: 300 mg, three times a day (When symptoms are under control, you can go down to 500 to 1,000 mg once a day.)
  • Stinging Nettles (optional): 600 mg, freeze-dried extract.
  • Vitmain C: 1,000 to 2,000 mg
  • Candied Fruit Peels: Several times a day. Using organic produce, wash and peel orange, a grapefruit, and a lemon. Cut the peels into bite-size pieces (you're welcome to eat the fruit, but it's not part of the concoction). Mix water and organic honey together in a 50-50 mix based on the amount you want to make. Bring the mix to a simmer, but don't boil it because boiling will kill the bioactive bioflavanoids in the peels. Add the peels and simmer until they are soft and coated with the honey mix. Cool in the fridge and eat like candy.
