Stress Relieving Aromatherapy Mix

1/2 cup (120 ml) distilled water
30 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops chamomile essential oil


No time for a massage? You can still enjoy the stress reducing power of herbal aromatherapy in this quick to apply spritz. For best results, use distilled water. Place the distilled water in a small spray bottle (preferably a dark-colored bottle, but any type of travel size atomizer will do). Add the lavender and chamomile essential oils and shake well to distribute them. Spray onto your pulse points – the inside of wrists, then back of your neck for maximum benefit. Store in a cool dark place when not in use.
