Easy Toned Body Workout 5 Minutes a Day

I saw this on Pinterest and think it is easy enough that most people could do this activity pretty easily each day without taking too much time. I know for me having workout goals that are unobtainable or larger goals that take more time than I have and are more likely to not get done. What I like about this plan is that its so easy and takes maybe 5-7  minutes. Once you have done it, not only did you complete a goal which in return makes you feel successful, in time great results should start to show. 

 

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine
