Are you snacky snaker? With game time in full swing, here are some healthy snacks that will make everyone happy.
Here’s a snack that is fiber rich and gluten free. (just don’t soak it with melted butter)
Try gourmet popcorn or kettle corn!
Try some whole-grain snack sticks, cereal bits and pretzels. If you do not want peanuts try almonds, which are fiber rich. Toss on your favorite seasoning and walla! Heat on low for 20 minutes in your oven and there ya have it!
