Kids Favorite Fried Eggs

Eggs are a great way to get vitamins in your children in the morning. Since kids do not usually like runny and squishy foods, try scrambling their eggs and adding syrup, honey or cheese to help them get it down. Honestly, sometimes a little ketchup and ranch help too.

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp butter or margarine

Break eggs into a bowl, swish in the salt, pepper and milk… whisk til blended, I like to add water too, just a dash, gives it a little fluff.

Add butter or margarine into pan, add egg mixture and use a spatula to mix eggs around in pan slowly until cooked. Will be fluffy and then add syrup, or honey on top…. drizzle style. The kids will love it!
