Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

This is a classic breakfast for kids! You can always substitute soy cheese for the real deal if you have special diets! We love fake cheese!

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tbsp butter or margarine

Break eggs into a bowl, swish in the salt, pepper and milk… whisk til blended, I like to add water too, just a dash, gives it a little fluff.

Add butter or margarine into pan, add egg mixture and use a spatula to mix eggs around in pan slowly until cooked. I like to add the cheese here so that it melts a bit in the eggs on the stove. Alternative cheese can be done this way too or sprinkled on after eggs are cooked. Will be fluffy and then add syrup, or honey on top…. drizzle style. The kids will love it!
