Organic Super 8 Juice

This recipe is awesome and gives you lots of energy. Remember all organic juicing recipes need organic fruits and vegetables. I like finding mine at Natural health Food Stores. What I like about this recipe is if I am super hungry, I juice this up before I start cooking. Then my hunger pains go away and I can cook foods without snacking and indulging in foods that are maybe not so healthy. For this recipe, the tomato and broccoli can be blended then added to the juice. Sometimes if it doesn't blend too well, throw it all back into the blender after juicing to get it really mixed up!



1 kale leaf
1 collard leaf
small handful of parsley

1 stalk of celery
1 carrot, greens removed
1/2 red pepper
1 tomato
1 broccoli floret
celery stalk for garnish 

super8 juice
