Water and Sleep Easy Natural Beauty Tips

Everyone knows that drinking 8 oz of water daily is healthy and that sleeping for 6-8 hours a night is optimal. Here are a few tips for making that a little bit easier in your hectic life.

Carry a water bottle with you. It will remind you when your busy to stop and have a drink to hydrate your body. Remember, drinking sodas are dehydrating and means you have to drink double water, so cut out the caffeine. 

Supply your desk, kitchen counter or office with a water cooler that makes obtaining water in close proximity. This will encourage drinking more because it isn't inconvenient for you.

Sleeping 6-8 hours a night might only be a dream for some of you. Use ear plugs if nose is an issue, do things that help you wind down before bed, like read, warm bath, essential oils, have your partner give you a massage! All of these things can help you to wind down and sleep more comfortably.
