Colorful Healthy Salads

Take the boring out of salads by adding color and seasonal fruits and vegetables.

  1. baby carrots
  2. red cabbage
  3. spinach leaves
  4. grapes ( all colors red and / or green )
  5. cheeses

 

Keep in mind to finish your salad off healthy make sure your salad dressing is conservative in fats and calories. Most importantly watch your portion sizes too.
