Hello, my name is Trina. I am the owner/developer for Alternative Medicine Direct . com! I have been working on this site since 2007 and I love spreading the word on anything that is about health. Its not boring 'ol health stuff either. Its fun, informative, simple and easy. Lots of information from organic foods to pet care. Our largest part of our site and direction are the health directories. We list anything from Natural Health Food Stores across the nation, Health Spas and Wellness Centers, and so much more.

Through out time, one thing has always been steady for me, my interest in HEALTH. Whether it come from diet, excersise or just plain meditation, alternative therapies and alternative medicine have always proven to be one thing that has always been steady for me, HEALTH! I am always reading, researching and learning about health, alternative medicine and wellness. My goal with this website is to provide resources, information, tips and directories relating to health and wellness. 

I work on this site everyday. I read emails, reply to requests, edit, submit, forward all types of information on this site. Although this site may look huge (which it has become) its just little 'ol me maintaining it! I enjoy it and am proud to have so many readers, customers and advertisers. I am open to new ideas, thoughts, opinions and suggestions. 

My biggest goal for this site:
