One thing we all want more of is "time". If we all had more time we would get everything done…right? We would like to offer you some downtime. Taking time for yourself is essential. We have all reached our moments when we do not think we can take on another load. The best way to manage those feelings is to treat yourself. Even if it is just a few minutes in each day. We have listed a few ideas that may make your "time" a little bit more advantages. These moments you create for yourself will in turn allow you to be a better person to yourself and others.

Ideas:
- Driving in your car listen to an audio book of your choice. Many bookstores offer many different selections from business to relaxation. Do not do anything while driving that may hinder your ability to drive safely.
- Take time out for a bath. Those few quiet moments can very be therapeutic.
- Take a walk. Even if it is just down the sidewalk.
- Sit on a porch and take a moment to enjoy your surroundings.
- Read. Anytime.
- Shut your phone off. You would be amazed how being unattainable for even a short period of time can quiet your surroundings.
- Eat with the TV off.
