Excess Alkalinity

Are you overly Alkaline?

Alkalinity is relatively rare, but if your urine and/or saliva consistently test above 7.0 pH you are too alkaline.Try these steps until your results are achieved. Be sure to monitor your progress with easy-to-use pH test strips. These steps have a buffering effect and tend to bring the pH back toward normal no matter which direction it has gone.

  • Enzymes are essential: Take supplements that provide enzymes are an excellent start for rebalancing your pH levels.
  • Support urinary and lymphatic systems' ability to excrete toxins.
  • Correct calcium intake is important.
  • Take Vitaim C being careful of mg dosage. Some people experience diarrhea with large doses. Try with food. Vitamin C is water soluable so what the body doesn't use it will de eliminated.
  • Take Flax Seed Oil
